Telephone and email advice is likely to be charged when a significant amount of advice, treatment and organisation is involved. Our consultation fees may vary from the above as we charge for our time both during the consultation and any administration that may be involved.
If you are an existing patient, a 50% cancellation fee is charged if less than one full working day's notice is given.
Please note we require all new patients to pay a 50% deposit when making their first appointment as confirmation of their intent to attend. This is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled with less than two full working days’ notice.
Please quote your name and invoice number with all payments. If you need a receipt for insurance, please request this when you settle your bill. Please note that fees must be settled within 7 days from the date of the consultation.
