● History focussed on Fertility issues
● Female hormone testing including thyroid function, oestrogen, progesterone (day 21), FSH, LH, Prolactin and Antimullerian Hormone
● Male hormone testing including FSH, LH, Testosterone, SHBG, Free androgen index and Prolactin
● Erectile dysfunction blood testing if required
● Sperm sample analysis
● Ultrasound examination of ovaries if required
● Written report and recommendations
