Patients of the Moore Medical Practice may request repeat prescriptions by telephone, post, or via the website on the form below. At least 24 hours’ notice is required for repeat prescriptions and they can either be collected during practice opening hours or posted first class. Alternatively, we can arrange for Pharmacierge to dispense and deliver medications to London addresses and nationwide. Please advise the practice if you would like to use this service.
